The hidden weapon of the Spin-Clean Record Washer System is its proprietary washer fluid. This exclusive solution encapsulates the dirt that is removed from the record and allows it to sink to the bottom of the washing basin, preventing it from being redeposited on the record throughout the cleaning process. To illustrate this, the basin of the system is coloured bright yellow so that the collected dirt is visible.
Spin Clean's fluid is also alcohol-free, making it suitable for use with both ancient Shellac records and contemporary vinyl.
Better Than a Hand Held Brush
How can you tell if you are pushing hard enough or have enough liquid on your cleaning brush when using a traditional cleaning brush? Is it even effective at removing smudges and fingerprints? It's as simple as one, two, three with Spin-Clean® record washing systems: Fill it, spin it, and dry it.
The brushes never need to be adjusted (pre-set at the proper pressure). The dirt and fingerprints and the static are removed from both sides of the record after three turns in the Spin-Clean Record Washer System Mk II.
