The AT4060a is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser tube microphone that has been designed for use in the most demanding studio applications.
Each tube has been hand-selected and individually aged and tested. They are then placed within a uniquely configured circuit for enhanced tube performance. The dynamic range is enhanced thanks to the specially tuned elements and allows the AT4060A to withstand high SPLs (up to 150dB) without eliminating any high-frequency characteristics. Isolation from noise and vibration is down to the floating-construction mounting of the elements. Included with the microphone is its own power supply unit, rack mount kit, shock mount and 10m cable.
