Creative Mixing, Workflows and Standalone Functionality

The SCLIVE4 is standalone and features wireless connectivity, providing freedom and flexibility without needing a laptop. The features, layout and workflow are derived from the professional club standard and Denon DJs flagship SC6000 PRIME media players and club-style mixers. The DJ controller is a powerful, compact, intuitive standalone 4-deck unit that provides ultimate creative live performance control.

The SC LIVE 4 features a 7-inch multi-gesture touchscreen, three media slots, 6-inch high-resolution touch-sensitive jog wheels, each with a central LCD, and onboard speakers with independent volume control. The eight Performance Pads on each deck are robust and durable and can be used to control various modes such as Hot Cue, Auto Loop, Manual Loop, Slicer, Roll and Slicer Loop. In addition, there are numerous onboard effects, including four Sweep FX with a dedicated knob on each channel to adjust FX and Filter combinations, and thirteen BPM FX options that can be tailored within the FX Control section, which includes Time/Parameter control, Channel Assignment switch, FX level encoder and illuminated engagement button.

The standalone functionality includes the SC LIVE 4 being powered by Engine DJ operating system. The combination of powerful hardware and software is enough to produce high-quality performances wherever and whenever. The dedicated layer buttons provide instant speedy access to the controls that cover the four playing decks with the waveforms visible on the full-colour touchscreen display. At a glance, vital information can be accessed and seen in the centre of the jog-wheels, including BPM, deck number, time and track position.

Speakers Built-In

High-quality speakers built into the DJ Controller are powerful and provide the perfect sound for creating, live-streaming and performing. In addition, a dedicated volume knob and an on/off switch offer the user complete control during any gig.

Integrated Lighting

The Denon DJ SC LIVE 4 controls visuals during a performance thanks to the advanced Engine DJ operating system integrating with Engine Lighting. From the touch of a button, DJs can access beat-synced light shows instantly for saved or streamed tracks. The lighting that can be controlled is Philips Hue, DMX and Nanoleaf and further adjustments within them, such as colour, strobe, intensity and more, can be made.
