The Denon DJ SC6000 features a superior HD 10.1-inch touchscreen with gesture support, which is the industry's most advanced DJ workflow display software. You can navigate all of your music libraries as well as all of the SC6000's onboard settings. The large waveforms provide users with in-depth visual aid for precise and fast beatmatching. In addition, you can analyse all your music files direct from the unit which is groundbreaking for DJs that may not have time to prepare their tracks in a music management software beforehand. This includes Rekordbox libraries as well.

Professional Audio Standard + WiFi Integration
When it comes to audio quality, the SC6000 PRIME is unmatched, giving users incredible 24-bit, 96kHz bit depth and sample rate capabilities. You can play compressed and uncompressed audio in a variety of formats, from FLAC, WAV, and ALAC to MP3 and OGG - the prime is a true workhorse. With the built-in WIFI and ethernet internet capabilities, you can now stream music for DJ performances through TIDAL. More streaming services such as Beatport, Soundcloud, and Beatsource will be supported soon via a firmware update.
Next Level Usability & Customisation
The Denon SC6000 comes with an 8.5" platter which can be freely adjusted for improved user response. You can even customise the jog wheel display features with your own colours and DJ logo - great for brand awareness when performing in a club or on a live stream. Engine DJ OS 4.1 Key Features
- Bluetooth Audio Output: Available on devices like Denon DJ PRIME 4+, PRIME GO/GO+, SC LIVE 2/4, and Numark Mixstream Pro/Pro+/Pro GO.
- Smart Headphone Cue: Automatically activates Cue on the most recently loaded track. Can be toggled in the Mixer settings.
- Engine Lighting Enhancements: Increased Autoloop count to 128, visual feedback for active Autoloops, and new repeat preferences.
- FLAC Audio Support: Available for Beatport/Beatsource streaming (Pro-level subscription required).

New Engine DJ Software Update Version 3.1
Engine DJ has released a new operating system update in version 3.1. It brings new and improved features and a series of fixes. This update ensures Engine DJ OS remains powerful and upholds its status as a dominant performance software. New features include Touch FX with new effects and touchscreen interaction, Main FX with twenty-six new and updated effects, Frequency parameter, a range of new Sampler features and the introduction of Smartlists, which organise songs automatically using pre-set rules from all connected devices. New Engine DJ Software Update Version 3.0
The Engine version 3.0 update has a New Drop Sampler for Standalone DJ Systems and Media Players. This is a first within the industry and was previously only available via software on a laptop or via a dedicated sampler hardware unit. Eight slots are available to store and trigger drums, drops, FX, risers and more across all Engine DJ hardware devices. New Engine DJ Software Update Version 2.4
Denon DJ has announced a new Engine DJ software update with version 2.4. The latest update brings some new key features and improvements to the Operating System (OS) and Desktop.
In relation to Engine DJ OS, some new features have been added, including a new full-screen Beat Grid editor, expanding the editing features to standalone units, Auto Loop and Beat Jump size controls can now be linked and unlinked, Temp Cue position can be set whilst the deck is playing as long as the deck platter is engaged, there is now HFS+ support for the Denon SC6000 and SC6000M and an option to send Mic to Zone output on the PRIME 4. In addition, many other improvements and enhancements are made within this latest update.
In relation to the Engine DJ desktop, new features have been added, including locating missing files via a manual or automated process, additional support for Apple Silicon chipsets, an enhanced Sync Manager track removal performance, and macOS 13 (Ventura) support added. Again, this latest software update includes many additional improvements and stability enhancements.

New Engine DJ 2.0 Firmware Update
The newly released Firmware update, Engine DJ 2.0, brings a wholly refurbished database, all new Engine Lighting by SoundSwitch and brand new Ableton Link Wireless communication. Additionally, there are several improvements and fixes to various issues across the Operating System and Desktop platform. The latest update comes in two formats, one for the Operating System itself and the other for the Desktop platform, with have both been designed for a speedier and more efficient approach.
The main features Engine 2.0 brings for the SC6000 is a new database, new playlists, Control Centre Menu, streaming service upgrades, onboard clock, rekordbox import upgrades (desktop) and Playlist Deck with Crossfade.
Serato DJ Pro Integration
The Denon DJ SC6000 and SC6000M PRIME DJ Media Players have been updated to work with the new version of Serato DJ Pro, version 2.4.6. Serato's integration provides DJs with coloured moving waveforms, four-deck control, and critical track information while enhancing their innovative performance capabilities. Learn more
Engine v1.6 Update
Denon DJ’s new Engine v1.6 Update offers Dual-Waveform View Beatsource, Dropbox, Flexible Grids + More!) Engine OS is receiving the v1.6 update that will bring exciting new features to the software. Explore new possibilities with the stackable waveform view, Dropbox and Beatsource Streaming, and flexible beat grids, amongst track preview and various other features. Engine PRIME will also receive the update to provide great improvements on functionality, like macOS 11 Big Sur compatibility, importing beat grids from Rekordbox, as well as Dropbox support.
