Hercules DJ Control Inpulse T7 Features
The DJ Control Inpulse T7 features two 7-inch motorised platters which replicate vinyl records complete with a felt slipmat, 10cm (3.9-inch) tempo faders and a central mixer section that has a familiar mixer layout and which consists of three EQ knobs, one Gain knob, one Filter knob, one volume fader for each deck, one VU meter for each deck, crossfader and Master VU meter, and Fx in the centre. In addition, the Inpulse T7 comes with Serato DJ Lite and DJUCED® software. The controller is also straightforward to transport as it features handles on the side, has retractable feet, and only weighs 5kg (11 lb).
Sensations and Feel of the Inpulse T7
Hercules has really tapped into the sensations and feels of vinyl with the T7 DJ controller, even down to following the rotation to feel how the tempo changes, using the vinyl records label or ring around the platter to slow down or speed up playback and pausing or playing by placing your fingers on the vinyl record and removing them. The T7 platters go from 0 to 33 1/3 RPM in 1/10 of a second, making mixing, beatmatching, or scratching precise, and genuine materials have been used to continue the overall feel of the unit.
Complete with Serato DJ Lite and DJUCED® Software
The Hercules DJ Control Inpulse T7 comes with Serato DJ Lite and DJUCED® software. Serato DJ Lite uses the same technology as Serato DJ Pro and assists with mixing and scratching. Stems is a feature within the software that breaks down a track, which you can then use to fuse together to create great mashups, e.g., combine a melody from one track and use it with vocals from another. Serato DJ Lite is an intuitive and easy-to-use DJ software that provides powerful features at your fingertips. DJUCED® is another excellent software that offers many features, including eight Hot Cue points, Slip mode, recording, Beatmatch Guide and other helpful mixing features. DJUCED® also supports DJ streaming services such as Beatport, Beatsource, SoundCloud and TIDAL.
