The Audio-Technica AT-LP120USBHC turntable has a new DC servo direct-drive motor, as well as configurable dynamic anti-skate control and a phono preamplifier selector. The completely manual turntable can play 33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM records and has a USB output for direct connection to your computer. Simply download the free Mac and PC recording software Audacity (or other programme of your choice) and begin converting your records to digital audio files. However, in addition to the USB output, the turntable comes with a detachable dual RCA output cable and a built-in selectable phono preamp, allowing you to connect directly to your home audio, regardless of whether it has a dedicated phono input or not.
This AT-LP120XBT-USB turntable connects wirelessly to Bluetooth speakers and other devices, as well as wired audio systems and powered speakers via the provided dual RCA output connection.
The tonearm is an S-shaped tonearm with adjustable tracking force, and the headshell is an AT-HS6 universal 12"-mount headshell with an AT-VM95E Dual Moving Magnet phono cartridge. For more than 50 years, Audio-Technica has been a pioneer in phono cartridge design, and that expertise is evident in the versatile, high-performance AT-VM95E cartridge, which comes with a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus but is also compatible with any VM95 Series replacement stylus, providing a wide range of options for every budget and application.
