The HK Audio Linear 5 LSUB2000A is a robust, high-powered active subwoofer that provides you with the perfect low-end extension for medium to large sized venues. The subwoofer is fitted with dual 12-inch woofers alongside a bi-amplified design equipped with a Class D amplifier. The L SUB 2000 A is perfect for club and bar venues, theatres, events productions, music venues, and conferences.

The LSUB2000A is fitted with two 12-inch low-frequency woofers each equipped with a 2.5-inch voice coil and work effortlessly to deliver a frequency response that ranges from 49 Hz – 120 Hz, the perfect low-end extension for your speaker system. The drivers are equipped with advanced cooling technology to stop overheating. The bi-amplified design is fitted with a 1200w Class D amplifier that seamlessly delivers a massive sound pressure level that reaches 132dB.

A series of active protection circuits work to prevent the system from damaging itself, so the integrity of the speaker is kept as sharp as possible. The protection circuits include a thermal protector, under-voltage protector, over-current protector, short circuit protection, and a subsonic filter that prevents subsonic frequencies from building up. A peak limiter also helps to stop overloaded and loud signals from damaging the drivers.

The rear of the L Sub 2000 A is fitted with audio connections that allow you to connect microphones, mixers, and instruments directly to the speaker. The connections include two ¼-inch TRS Jack/XLR inputs as well as two XLR thru outputs for linking multiple speakers together, and an XLR mix output.This speaker enclosure features a heavy-duty construction built from 18mm thick Birch multiplex wood and is finished with textured acrylic enamel that prevents impacts from damaging the cabinet. A large metal grille covers the drivers, so they are kept protected at all times and is backed with acoustically transparent foam that prevents dust and dirt from entering the system. Two integrated handles allow you to transport the speaker between gigs easily.
