The Adam Audio SUB12 is a powerful 12-inch subwoofer which is designed to extend low frequency capabilities down to 22Hz, great for nearfield and midfield monitors.
The unit features a special woofer with extended cone travel and a heavy-duty voice coil which is optimised for precise sound reproduction. To prevent overheating the PWM Amplifier produces over 90% efficiency and can also withstand critical passages, even over longer periods of time.
Low precision and natural tones can be reproduced thanks to the low cut-off frequency of 22Hz (-3dB) and an undistorted high sound pressure level of 115dB SPL at 1m.
