• Per-part arpeggiator - The eight-part arp now have standalone, independent arpeggiators, for creating complex polyrhythmic patterns.
• Arpeggiator probability - The arpeggiator probability function adds randomness to each arp, turning the SL MkIII into a creative and constantly evolving controller.
• Step probability - The probability of a sequenced step can be changed, bringing creative variability and extending the musical capability of the SL Mk3.
• Sequencer transpose (with pads) - You can transpose the sequencer via the pads - a powerful performance tool.
• Pattern octave transpose - Quickly transpose patterns across the octave range - great for experimenting and finding that perfect range.
• Toggle swing per-part - You can now toggle the swing of each part, to create complex rhythmical results.
• Pattern shift - Offset start and end sections quickly to explore different sequences.
• Pitch bend to CV - Map the pitch bend wheel to the control voltage output. Giving you more expression for modular gear users. This can also be used for hardware control applications. V1.4 also comes with some bug fixes - including one for Logic Pro.

Unquantised Recording

In the previous firmware version, we introduced micro-step editing, allowing users to position notes off the grid for subtle timing variations. With unquantised recording, users have the ability to record into these micro steps. This means that the organic, human quality of performances and punched-in beats can be captured in all their wonky glory.
