Seamless DAW Integration

The Launchkey 37 MK4 supports all major DAWs out of the box, including Ableton Live, Logic, Cubase, Reason Studios, Reaper, FL Studio, and Ardour, with smooth, unique integration. Experience a hardware-powered workflow that gives you complete control over transport operations, timeline navigation, mixing and EQ, clip launching, and instrument/effect settings. The 16 drum pads also serve as Launchpad-style clip launchers with RGB backlights, precisely matching the on-screen display when using Ableton Live's Session View or Logic's Live Loops.

Enhanced Creative Tools

Launchkey 37's creative tools are built right into the hardware, so they work consistently across your DAW, hardware synths, and mobile devices. Scale Modes allow you to lock your keyboard to one of 30 preset scales, removing incorrect notes or mapping everything to the white keys. Fixed Chord mode generates entire chords from a single key, but new Chord Maps allow you to create expressive progressions from the pads. The most recent arpeggiator iteration simplifies twisting and changing sequences, providing unlimited creativity.

Responsive Keybed and FSR Pads

The 37-note synthesizer keyboard is expressive, musical, and fun to play. Launchkey's revolutionary velocity-sensitive FSR drum pads with polyphonic aftertouch are ideal for finger drummers. Each pad includes a distinct radial sensor, which improves sensitivity and consistency for tighter performances. They can also be set to activate chords or individual notes using polyphonic aftertouch.

Customisable Controls

The free Components software allows you to tailor Launchkey's controls to your needs. Configure the pads and encoders to function exactly as you want using your software or hardware, save up to four custom mappings, and access them quickly from the hardware. With this versatility, you can easily communicate your desired notes, MIDI CCs, or program changes.

Beyond the DAW

The five-pin MIDI output on Launchkey 37 MK4 allows you to easily connect to your hardware synthesiser without the need for a DAW. With Components and custom mappings, you may directly control crucial functions from your keyboard. Launchkey is USB-powered and class compliant, so it works seamlessly with a variety of music-making apps for iPhone and iPad, including the free Novation Launchpad app.
