Innovative Design

Each DM-40D speaker contains a 4-inch fibreglass cone woofer, ¾-inch soft dome tweeter, redesigned DECO convex diffusers, and a new Class D amplifier. The woofer can provide an extra boost of power when the volume is increased, along with exact sounding frequencies, thanks to the expertly positioned tweeters. The Class D amplifier helps with producing balanced natural bass sound. Additionally, the diffusers provide a wider sweet spot along with 3D stereo sound all thanks to their inbuilt structure and ability to put out super-clear high frequencies in all sorts of directions.

2-way Sound Mode

You no longer have to agonise over whether the speaker monitors are suitable for DJing or making music, as the DM-40Ds are ideal for both. There is a clever little switch on the DM 40D speakers where you can select either DJ mode or music production mode. As a result, the DSP settings automatically adjust and optimise, leaving you to concentrate on the music entirely.

DM-40D Connections

Several inputs and outputs enable flexible equipment connections to the monitor speakers. For example, an RCA and stereo mini-jack input terminals allow DJ gear such as DJ controllers and mixers or music production equipment, laptops and soundcards to be easily connected. Additionally, there is a headphone socket on the front panel, ensuring the connection is quick and easy, along with a volume knob, making adjusting the volume level effortless.

Clever Design

The DM40Ds look sleek and professional. There are grooves on the ducts which reduce air friction, allowing for tight and punchy bass, no matter where the speakers are positioned. Also, the curved front edges hold a purpose in that they provide maximum rigidity and minimum resonance, allowing for precise and high-quality audio at all volume levels. The DM-40D units are available in two colours, black and white.
