The QSC K8.2 is an 8-inch 2-way active loudspeaker ideal for portable and installed applications. The K8.2 combines stylish appearance, great audio performance, high functionality, simple and intuitive operation, and authentic QSC reliability that delivers amazing results.
The loudspeaker features an 8-inch cone, 1.4-inch titanium diaphragm compression driver and 2000 Watt Class-D amplifier. The speaker monitor has a frequancy response of between 59 Hz - 20 kHz, and SPL of 128 dB and nominal coverage angle of 105° Axisymetric.
The state-of-the-art 2000 Watt Class-D amplifier module is equipped with Intrinsic Correction™ tuning and advanced loudspeaker management for superior sound quality. The Directivity Matched Transition® (DMT) design ensures excellent power response and consistent performance across the entire listening area. Its refined, professional appearance makes it an ideal choice for any application, while the rugged ABS enclosure guarantees long life and lasting durability.
This versatile unit can be deployed as either a main PA or floor monitor, with factory presets and savable/recallable scenes for commonly-used applications. The multi-function digital display allows for easy control and selection of functions including cross-over, EQ, delay, and frequency contour.
Dual pole cup mounts (standard and 7.5-degree down-tilt) and M10 fittings provide flexibility for flown applications. An optional security panel prevents unauthorised tampering of controls.
Finally, QSC has a 6-year warranty, available upon product registration, for complete peace of mind.
