The 202 features large, low-latency jog wheels, alongside dedicated pad and transport controls, an onboard sequencer, and a microphone input with professional vocal effects, the DJ-202 packs the most features out of any controller in its class and is perfect for beginner and intermediate DJs allowing them to mix with creativity and flair.

Although the DJ-202 is a 2-channel controller, it comes with four decks and is powered via USB bus power, the compact, lightweight design with comfortable grab handles allow it to be easily transported and setup with minimal effort, so you can use it for mobile applications, house parties, clubs, beat battles, and so much more. Thanks to the addition of Roland’s patented Analogue Circuit Behaviour technology, the DJ-202 provides you with the classic sounds of some of the most influential drum machines ever created. The controller faithfully reproduces sounds from the TR-606, 707, 808, and 909 drum machines, these machines helped spawn entire genres, from hip-hop, rap and trap right down to house, techno, and trance, and have been used in countless anthems from the 80’s and 90’s. The ABC technology gives you the tools to produce and create drum rhythms using the exact same sound palette as the world’s most influential musical icons. The DJ-202 includes expanded TR sounds such as bass drums, snare drums, closed and open hi-hats, tom drums, rim-shots, claps, and ride cymbals, offering a wide range of options to create layered drum rhythms and evolving sequences.

You can scratch and cue with confidence thanks to the large low-latency jog wheels which are the best available in its class while dedicated controls for Serato DJ Lite enable rapid creation and triggering of loops, hot cues, and samples as well as quick switching between the four available decks using the Deck Select button. For seamless blends between tracks, there are smooth filters on each channel as well as three effects available on each deck while the dedicated Play/Pause and Cue buttons give you the perfect direct control that is found on high-end controllers and media players.
