The Alesis M1 Mk3 Active Monitor Speaker features a lighter, yet robust design which improves the transient attack of the speakers and offers a more linear response through midrange and bass frequencies. The smooth, radiused cabinet edge cuts down on audible distortion from edge diffraction. In addition, the front-firing bass ports eliminate turbulence from the speaker bass output.
