The dBTechnologies ES 1203 is a high-powered, 3-amplified stereo sound system featuring two passive wooden tops and an active wooden subwoofer with dual 12” woofers. Powered by a state-of-the-art Digipro G4® amplifier delivering 2400W peak power, the ES 1203 ensures crystal-clear sound and robust performance in any environment. A powerful onboard DSP (Digital Signal Processing) module manages all system configurations and the 5-channel digital mixer through an intuitive user interface located on the top of the subwoofer.

Each satellite top is equipped with 4 x 4” mid-woofers, arranged using Logarithmic Curved Column Array (LCCA) technology for asymmetrical vertical dispersion that minimises sound loss above the audience. Additionally, specially designed phase plugs enhance horizontal coverage, ensuring clear and intelligible sound across the entire listening area.

Flexible Configuration Options

The ES 1203 offers 3 versatile configuration modes to suit various environments:

• Mono Mode: Both satellites connect top-to-top and mount on the subwoofer using a telescopic 35mm pole.
• Stereo Mode: Each satellite operates independently, mounted on tripods (sold separately) or using the WB-44 accessory (also sold separately).
• Double Column Mode: The system can be expanded with another ES 1203 (sold spearately), where the balanced AUX/MIX output acts as a source for an additional system, providing either the Left or Right signal.

The system includes Far and Near Steering Modes, ensuring the best sound dispersion whether for close-range or larger audience setups. This flexibility makes the ES 1203 ideal for venues of any size, from intimate indoor performances to outdoor events.

In Mono Mode, the two satellite tops securely connect via a built-in metal lock system, ensuring precise top-to-top alignment and seamless electrical connection. The onboard 5-channel mixer includes:

• Channel 1: Mic/Instrument input with adjustable anti-feedback filter, impedance compensation, and three gain positions (0, +10, +20dB).

• Bluetooth Module: Supports stereo audio streaming from smartphones, tablets, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices, managed via a separate stereo channel.
• Balanced AUX/MIX Output: Can serve as a direct link, an auxiliary output for stage monitors, or as a source for another ES 1203 system in Double Column Mode.
