The RCF ART 912-A is a powerful active speaker with a 2100W peak output and 50% more powerful than previous models. It comes with a 2-channel Class-D amplifier, allowing for impressive SPL managing capabilities and quality voice coils for an accurate transient response. The 12-inch woofer allows for splendid low frequencies, whilst the 1-inch compression driver is great for pristine highs.
Sound can be tailored with three new DSP presets in the form of Flat, Boost and Stage. Furthermore, the ART 9 speakers boast improved linearity and bass punch thanks to the BMC woofer excursion management. BMC stands for Bass Motion Control technology and is used to extend the lowest audible frequency without altering the stability of the transducer. Also featured in the ART912-A speaker units is FiRPHASE algorithms, where phase patterns, dynamics, and amplitude can be optimised. In addition, direct sound coverage to your whole audience is achieved through a True Resistive Waveguide.
The speaker unit is suitable for permanent residency or equally appropriate for mobile use. It has a heavy-duty and robust cabinet design, complete with rubber handgrips and four integrated M10 mounting points.
