The dBTechnologies SUB 918 is an active subwoofer that offers precise control over low-end power, delivering deep, full-bodied sound for a wide range of applications. Equipped with a premium 18" woofer housed in a bass reflex design, it is powered by a 900W RMS Class D Digipro G3 amplifier, ensuring outstanding efficiency and impressive sound pressure levels.

Designed for ground-stacked applications, the SUB 918 is the ideal choice when a powerful bass extension is required. It supports real-time monitoring and remote control via RDNet protocol and Aurora Net software (compatible with both Windows and Mac), allowing users to configure advanced subwoofer settings and achieve seamless integration with dBTechnologies’ RDNet-enabled full-range systems.

On-board controls include attenuation, a polarity switch, and DSP adjustments for delay settings of up to 4.5 milliseconds in 0.5 ms increments, with a maximum delay of 21 ms achievable through Aurora Net. The crossover frequency can be adjusted between 70 and 110 Hz using the second rotary control.

The robust plywood cabinet balances high-end performance with manageable weight (41.8 kg) and features two integrated handles on the top edges for easy handling, while rear-mounted wheels allow smooth transportation. Additionally, the SUB 918 is designed for both vertical and horizontal use, featuring two M20 mounts on the top and side panels to securely support full-range speakers using a standard M20 threaded pole.
